Cancellation, rescheduling and credit policy

Lessons last 60 minutes. Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the lesson and your credit is kept. Less than 24 hours before, or if you miss the lesson, the credit is used. All session credits, including single sessions, 6-session packages, and 12-session packages, are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

In detail

• Each prepaid session is one credit. A single session is 1 credit, the 6-session package 6, the 12-session package 12.
• Booking a lesson reserves one credit. When the lesson is completed, the credit is used.
• Cancelling or rescheduling at least 24 hours before the lesson keeps your credit. Less than 24 hours before, the credit counts as used and rescheduling is not available.
• A missed lesson counts as used.
• Single-session credits and 6-session packages are valid 6 months from the date of purchase; 12-session packages 12 months. Bella can extend validity manually when needed.
• If Bella cancels a lesson, your credit is restored, you are notified, you can rebook, and validity is extended if needed.
• All sessions and packages are prepaid. Eligible cancellations restore credits rather than trigger refunds, without prejudice to any refund or withdrawal right required by applicable consumer law.
